E-Cell SMART was founded in the year 2016. Rishi has signed MoU’s with ALEAP WE HUB, BYST and NEN to mentor and provide the next level assistance to the campus ideas.

We conduct E workshops, Seminars and Webinars in the area of Entrepreneurship apart from giving an Add- on Program on the Basics of Entrepreneurship and a Foundation course too. Annual event to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship SAVISHKAR is conducted every year to foster the spirit of Entrepreneurship among young women.

Profile of Ms Meghna Bandi E-cell Co founder , Coordinator and Facilitator.

Meghna Bandi is an Associate Professor in Rishi UBR Women’s College Hyderabad. She founded the Rishi e-cell known as SMART in association with Ms NSL Praveena.. She is a trained Entrepreneurial Educator and Facilitator by the NEN Wadhwani Group.

Currently she is a leading Global Jury Member of the Wadhwani Foundations – Younoodle Platform, where she has evaluated over 200 student ventures in over 15 countries, impacting over 1500 students globally. She has been awarded a Platinum certificate as a Global Jury in 2021.

A very active global mentor and E-Cell collaborator, has found her niche’ in global institutions, sharing her knowledge and expertise in the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem. Apart from mentoring student ventures and coordinating and conducting various Idea boot camps and Business Plan contests, she has written an International Research Paper titled ” Facilitating the role of Educators in creating Campus Entrepreneurs”.
