
Mrs. J Madhavi Latha
Mrs J Madhavilatha, is a postgraduate in commerce from Osmania University with more than 27 years of rich academic experience. She is a vivid academician with enriching experience in the field of education. She is a member of Governing Council of the institution. She has been associated with the institution since inception. Currently she is Academic Coordinator, College Academic Committee, Rishi UBR Women’s College. She administers all the academic affairs of the institution. She guides the Head of the Departments with the planning of curriculum delivery, subject allocation, time table preparation, conduction of exams, etc. She closely monitors the academic activities, invigilation and result analysis. She works in close association with R & D Cell of the institution.She also works with the Department heads to plan for add on programs for the students of MBA, B.Sc(Physical Sciences),. Com(Comp.Appl.) and BBA. She is actively involved with Internal Quality Assurance Cell. She is also the coordinator for Internal Complaints Cell and Grievance Redressal Cell. She has attended several Faculty Development programs and professional development programs related to research, Outcome Based teaching, Disaster Management, etc. She has published several papers like Performance measurement by cash flow relations-CMC, Impact of social Networking Sites, ECommerce Strategy, etc. She has also presented several papers in various conferences.

Mrs. NSL Praveena
Vice-Principal & Associate Professor, Department of Business Management
NSL. Praveena is the Vice-Principal and Associate Professor in the Department of Business & Management at Rishi UBR Women’s College, where she has been a committed member of the academic faculty for over 19 years. An alumna of the same institution, she brings a deep understanding of its values and a longstanding dedication to academic excellence.
She is about to submit her Ph.D. thesis in the Marketing domain. Her academic and teaching expertise spans to Marketing, Total Quality Management, Operations Management, and Strategic Management. Her contributions to the institution extend beyond the classroom—she is a part of the team representing the college during the NAAC peer team visit and continues to actively support quality assurance initiatives.
She collaborates with Heads of Departments in designing and implementing curriculum-enrichment activities, including add-on programs, technical and non-technical workshops, guest lectures, and student development initiatives. She currently oversees the NSS Unit, Entrepreneurship Cell, and IPR Cell, contributing significantly to the institution’s co-curricular and extracurricular engagement.
Her academic contributions include research publications in national and international journals, participation in academic conferences, and successful completion of four NPTEL certifications, earning one Silver and three Elite distinctions. She has also actively participated in several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).Known for her innovative approach and commitment to holistic education, she continuously strives to create meaningful learning experiences that foster both academic and personal growth among students.
