The National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell at Rishi UBR Women’s College plays a pivotal role in nurturing social responsibility, leadership, and civic consciousness among our women students. Aligned with the core objective of “Not Me, But You,” the NSS Cell encourages volunteers to actively participate in community service and nation-building activities.
Through regular initiatives such as medical camps, health awareness drives, tree plantation, Swachh Bharat campaigns, and women empowerment programs, the NSS Cell fosters a spirit of selfless service. It also conducts special camps in adopted school – ZPHS, Thamballabai Thanda (SRD) and Haridaspur Village (SRD) focusing on literacy, hygiene, and environmental sustainability.

The NSS Cell empowers students to become socially aware, empathetic, and confident individuals. It offers a transformative platform where young women learn the value of collective action and contribute meaningfully to the development of society. Sessions on Cyber Crime, Menstrual Hygiene,Road Safety Week, Motivational Sessions, etc., are conducted to instill confidence in young girls.

Rishi UBR NSS Cell organized a Medical Camp at adopted village Haridaspur, Sangareddy District.
